Thomas Droege, President since 1985.
BS in Engineering Physics, University of Illinois.
Highlights of his application development experiences include:
LAN and Internet applications for Auction Management, Inventory and Purchasing
Systems, EDI, Patient Care Systems, and Toxicology.
Other professional experiences include writing for PC Magazine, Popular Computing,
Data Based Advisor and Midnight Engineering. He created the 1991-1997 Developers Competitions
and Conference events - the largest Software Competitions, including the largest Client/Server and
Object Oriented Programming competitions in the world. He writes and speaks on topics
including Software Development, TQM, Publishing and Marketing. He is a charter
member of the CED Software Roundtable, co-founder of the CED Quality
Roundtable, and founding board member of NCEITA, the North Carolina
Electronics and Information Technologies Association.

Dave Kern, Vice-President, Software Development since 1997.
BS degree from Purdue University.
He has developed LAN and Web based applications for a wide
range of businesses including systems to perform scheduling and dispatching, financial
accounting, human resource management, legal case tracking, lumber yard production and
others. He has developed commercial software packages for clients in the election,
print shop, real estate and mental health industries.
He has spoken at numerous Microsoft seminars, is the original founder of the Triangle FoxPro users group
and is actively involved in the database community.
Chuck Snyder, Senior Analyst since 1988.
BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
He has developed and maintained over 20 different departmental and/or Web systems including the Duke
Law School, Nursing School and Urology systems. He has developed new scheduling technology that is used in the
Duke Echo Lab, Radiology Scheduling System, and in the Media Management Information System.
John Wm Beckner, Systems Analyst since 1994. Certificate from Computer Learning Centers.
He has developed commercial products and custom database solutions in many languages for over 20 years.
Some of the commercial products developed were: consumer loan management, real estate, insurance and
premium financing, mobile home park management, and self-storage facility management. Along with these
products were utility tools for each of the languages. Some of his custom application experience has been
in the areas of telephony, custom Web page development with database management, creation of a "Kid Safe"
custom browser and medical industry systems.
Other noteworthy accomplishments include the development of the first RPG Compiler for microcomputers
in 1979 and the inclusion of his utility library with the book Using Clipper-Special Edition
by Ed Tiley.
Bill Hecht, Systems Analyst since 1997.
BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
Application experience includes mental health, legal services, medical benefits and election registration,
object-oriented development framework, US postal service financial budgeting and forecasting, media
management, toxicology and marketing services. These systems have been written in local and Web environments.
James Matthews, Systems Analyst since 2001.
AS in Computer Science Durham Technical Community College.
James is a former Lead Trainer at a major training facility, where he taught MCSE, A+ and SQL Server
Administration/Implementation. He has built such Web-based and/or departmental applications as financial
record keeping, company directory, purchasing and hospital patient tracking.
